The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to work hard and smiled.
My room had issues. Every part of the room felt moist, made me uncomfortable. There was a musty smell. The squeaky mattress caused a shoulder ache, I could not wait to return home.

the wedding i attended utilized the lush gardens. it provided a clean beach. the pool area included restaurants and bars. the cleaning staff were amazing. the management team, including diniz and hardik, were also helpful. chef jesuraj and his team ensured all catered meals were of the highest standard. all the guests really enjoyed it
i experienced slow service from captains and waiters. i often had to request basic items multiple times. these requests included items like water and menu cards. this issue detracted from the otherwise relaxing experience.

Our family loved this location! Housekeeping staff, especially Saniya and Malik, were super thorough. They managed the room's cleanliness and restocked water perfectly. The resort's proximity to the beach is just fantastic. I found the upkeep of the facilities to be top notch.
The check-in process did take a little while, so that department could use some improvement.

This hotel do hold a vast area. I found a big swimming pool and lush green lawns. I thought they had a great area of neat, clean beach. Staff felt so humble to me.
The breakfast menu seemed the same for all nights I stayed. They did charge extra for many things. I thought this felt lame to me.
